Hi my name is Kevin Croitz, I've been an artist since 1992, I'm self taught, except for one drawing class in Junior College. I love art, especially the landscape, seascape, or cityscape. I'm also a lover of nature, I grew up in the Catskill Mountains, and was born with a love for the natural, trees, hills, streams, the sky, fields. I have lived in Florida, Texas, and now North Carolina, so I have learnt to love a variety of landscapes and cities throughout my life. One of my favorite cities is New Orleans, I love the artistic vibe of the place, the Jazz music, the Spanish architecture, the decay, and the whole city is just plain fun. Raleigh, North Carolina is where I live now, its a beautiful part of the country, close to the ocean and to the mountains, a great climate, we even have a little snow now and then, and it is brimming with historical places to visit. I have a Bachelors Degree in History and a minor in Art History, from the University of Texas at Austin. I've shown in various galleries in Raleigh and in Tampa, over the years.
